Permanent role based in Cambridge for a global organisation recruiting a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to sit on site of one of their premier sites.
This is an extremely entrepreneurial organisation who are looking to triple in size over the next 5 years.
This will be providing 1st Line and 2nd Line support to around 250-300 users on a single site location.
You will ensure users on site have a free flowing IT experience dealing with day to day IT issues/required configurations/changes.
You will need experience of having worked 1st/2nd line roles previously and be able to demonstrate you have strong interpersonal skills.
On offer will be a salary of £27-32k depending on experience.
