In this varied Aftersales Advisor job, you will provide proactive first line support to the Aftersales team and customers directly. This is a full time, permanent position based in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
You will also improve working practices within the department and ensure information flows clearly through the business, as well as increasing and enhancing the level of service and support and finally ensuring agreed actions and plans are followed up.
Duties include:
- Control price lists for existing products.
- Liaise with freight companies and prepare all shipping documentation.
- Support front line sales team.
- Develop and manage the pipeline process/procedures.
- Proactively follow up on sales enquiries for potential orders.
- Order processing, including issuing of purchase orders.
- Develop customer relationships through customer visits etc.
- Managing contracts.
- Issuing and recording quotations and sales orders.
- Actively promote the sales of warehouse stock.
- Support the Manager as required.
- Liaise with suppliers for product information and pricing.
We're looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, results focused and can use their own initiative.
Must be confident using Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Location:
Ely, Cambridgeshire (This is a fully office based position)
Hours:
Monday-Friday - 39 hours per week - Flexible working between 7am-6pm
Salary:
£25-27,000 per annum
