Currently recruiting a Permanent Business Analyst in the Cambridge area.
This global organisation based in Cambridge is looking for a key linchpin to work between a key 3rd party supplier, the IT department and other key internal users.
As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- ensuring a smooth flow of information through the sales process, from pre sales, through to the sales process and post sales service
- Dealing with any data issues as a customer flows through the internal sales process
- Helping to review that sales process, make improvements, help future proof as the business grows
- Building key relationships with stakeholders and helping to enable cohesion and as least friction as possible when issues arise in the sales process
- Further adhoc projects.
You will:
- have strong experience of having worked as a Business Analyst
- demonstrate very strong interpersonal skills
- have strong experience of working with multiple IT interfaces/packages
This client is a flexible employer offering a base salary of between £30-40k + bens
