This is a role for a Power BI reporting specialist to work closely with managers across the organisation and provide key management information that enables them to to improve the business.
International organisation with a head office based in Cambridgeshire.
The purpose of the role is to build relationships and work closely with the Business teams in Sales, Corporate Delivery, Professional Development, Membership, Marketing & Customer Service to produce effective business performance data reports and dashboards. Agree which data items should be reported and how they should be analysed.
You will proactively investigate and identify opportunities for improvement of processes for data capture, the handling data and data requests, improving reporting efficiencies and to take responsibility for researching, analysing and presenting relevant information using the most suitable & effective tools.
- Provide key management information for current & previous years, including forecasting and trend analysis to inform and enable business teams to make changes and improvements
Maintain & update existing reports and develop new reports using Excel, PowerBI and Oracle Reporting tools to meet Business requests. Some of these reports will become regular monthly processes while others will be one-off adhoc requests to support ongoing Business analysis and improvements.
Responsible for all aspects of MI reporting throughout Sales, Corporate Delivery, Professional Development, Membership, Marketing & Customer Service teams.
The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Excel and Power BI. You will be able to work cross functionally and build strong relationships.
