ERP - Netsuite / Workday implementation specialist
This role would be working for an exciting cyber security organisation who are using the latest AI / Machine learning tools.
They are going through an international ERP Implementation and are looking for talented individuals with experience of dealing with Netsuite and/ or Workday implementations.
This role can be both perm and contract so open to ideas for the right individual
Must have experience of working on global ERP implementations with particular expertise in Netsuite and / or Workday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimisation and improvement projects to maximise the ROI from the ERP system
Managing of projects for new system configurations
Provide inductions and training to users on all Finance and HR Systems Administrative User on other finance-related systems
Turn around finance and HR requests quickly into professional software solutions
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years plus prior experience in a similar ERP implementation role
Experience of working with Netsuite and Workday. Ideally integration of both
Either finance qualification (part or fully) or working experience in financial accounting environment, in addition to IT skills set Ideally a recognised
IT qualification Required skills and knowledge:
o Understanding of UI design (Good understanding of user interface layouts)
o Ideally knowledge of cloud systems and caching
o Ideally understanding of networking
KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES and SKILLS
Previous responsibility as admin user on ERP systems, preferably Oracle/Netsuite and Workday
Experience of basic Oracle scripting, workflow management and form template customisation
Prior experience in documenting, analysing and project managing small projects for the improvement of ERP systems
Exposure to multi-country, multi-dimensional data structures
Proactive and able to create solutions
Knowledgeable and curious about accounting software solutions Demonstrates proactive and can-do attitude
