We're working with a business based to the North of Cambridge as they look to recruit additional Finance Manager to their ever growing business.
The role will cover a range of tasks for specific entities within the company and take a hands-on approach from producing monthly management accounts, ensuring current controls and processes are efficient all the while communicating with stakeholders on weekly/ monthly analysis of KPI's, providing key financial information allowing business decisions to be made with the bigger picture in mind.
You will be collaborating with and managing 2 direct reports allowing them to develop under your leadership; drawing on their skillsets you'll build budgets for accountable entities with the business's ambition in mind.
The successful person will hold an accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) who has experience in working in a rounded finance role or perhaps an emphasis towards financial accounting who is looking to get back into a more commercial position. Due to the nature of the role management experience is preferable however due to a couple of vacancies there is some flexibility depending on experience.
Flexibility of 2-3 days working from home and the rest office based for the successful applicant.
Salary £55,000- £65,000 (DOE)
