My client is in the process of a multi-year, multi-million pound programme to transform it's systems, data and digital landscape. This programme will deliver new customer facing and back office services and systems. Currently in scope is the replacement of the CRM system, the implementation of a new customer contact platform and the core Finance Platform.
The Head of Business Change will be responsible for designing and implementing the target operating model. Ensuring that programme objectives are set and delivered within budget. You will define new ways of working that will leverage best possible use of the newly designed technology platform.
- Evaluate the current operating model and design the target operating model
- Be accountable for change management operations and performance across the group reporting at senior levels
- Design the change function strategy
- Create and implement the change management plan
This is a huge investment designed to enable significant growth for the organisation. This role is a critical part of that and requires a strong communicator and influencer who is still capable of the hands on element of this type of role. There will be support for this role and champions throughout the business but you will not have a large team to delegate too.
