The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing high quality operational support focussing on performance management and employee engagement across the Business; together with supporting the implementation of the People Strategy aligned to the Business's objectives.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with senior leadership and managers across the organisation, regarding the strategic people plans, to help the business to deliver its strategic goals.
  • Provide guidance on people practices ensuring consistency in application and interpretation of people policy and processes
  • Enhance organisational performance and drive talent initiatives: support managers and colleagues to help them reach their potential and deliver against individual, team and department goals
  • Works collaboratively with the other HR Business Partner to ensure a consistent and joined up approach is applied to HR delivery across the Business
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure talent and reward frameworks are managed effectively, by implementing talent development initiatives that encourage and support colleagues in reaching their potential
  • Promotes employee engagement, analysing the data from engagement surveys and working with the business to proactively implement actions
  • Continuously drive improvements in the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization through insight and internal and external best practices.
  • You will work collaboratively with the HR Director to achieve the common strategic goals

Person Specification:

  • MCIPD or FCIPD - Membership of CIPD
  • Strong generalist and HR Business Partner experience at a senior level
  • Excellent demonstration of Talent Management and succession planning
  • Excellent experience of Leadership Development and successfully implementing broader training initiatives
  • First-hand experience of resolving a broad spectrum of ER issues and leading on the implementation of complex change projects.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously, both as part of the HR team and as part of the business areas the role supports.
