I have partnered with one of the largest bioanalytical centers in east Cambridgeshire to support them with seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team.
This role will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and act as a trusted advisor for this team as well as the managers and employees providing guidance on people and organisational needs for the site.
This role will have full responsibility of delivering a smooth day-to-day HR operation while building collaborative relationships throughout the organisation to assist in the following:
- Identifying and delivering solutions for employee's development needs
- Creating effective organisational structures
- Supporting managers in managing employee relations issues and enabling the organisation to maintain and increase engagement
- Workforce planning aligned with the business strategy
