I am exclusively working closely with a PE backed Cambridge based company, who, are looking to recruit a Interim Finance Assistant on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with an immediate start.
This fast-paced high-volume environment promises to offer variety and challenge. My client is currently going through a system implementation, therefore there will be dual running of accounts payable.
I am looking for self-motivated individuals, who are highly organised and have a strong attention to detail.
- Ensure invoices are processed in compliance with agreed terms and conditions
- Receiving and posting invoices
- Making sure invoices are improved
- Deal with supplier queries either by phone/ written correspondence/ in person
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure processes are followed and queries reduced
Paying between £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
