We're working closely with an ambitious biotech business in Cambridge who have plans to double revenue in the next 12 months and require a Management Accountant to help with their next phase of growth.
Working with the Financial Controller you'll be playing a key role in a number of areas in the business while continuing to learn and develop in an ambitious company.
This role would suit someone who is looking to gain exposure to other areas of finance that isn't always available within other organisations such as; supporting a system implementation, working with the wider team on setting up and integrating a new subsidiary while managing the day-to-day finance operations from budgets/ forecasts, acting as a business partner to stakeholders. Due to the growth aspirations you'll be tasked with ad-hoc projects so the ability to step outside of 'the norm' is key.
To be successful you'll be either late stages of ACCA/CIMA or qualified who is looking for a diverse workload, you'll be working with a great financial controller who is happy to pass senior tasks down to help professional development when timings are right.
Hybrid working is available which can be as many days in the office you are comfortable with.
