As the Managing Director of this Chiswick business, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the continued culture of creating new IP for future spin offs
- Managing and developing a small but close knit and highly capable team
- Working very closely with the commercial operations of the team to develop new clients and revenue channels
- Driving an aggressive growth programme
- Working closely with the owners
- Building value into the organisation
The successful Managing Director will be:
- Experienced at Director level
- Able to demonstrate brilliant people management skills
- Able to demonstrate charisma, energy and drive
- Proven at driving a commercial business that has examples of developing new clients
Six figure salary. Bonus. Equity on offer linked to performance targets.
