This Office Assistant position will combine administration, events and stores duties making it a great position if you enjoy working in a varied and busy role.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including:

  • Answering the phone and responding to emails
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Contacting customers
  • Liaising with the warehouse department to make sure orders are processed and delivered correctly
  • Assist with event preparation and administration
  • Reviewing, checking and updating the website
  • Creating orders
  • Distributing marketing collateral
  • Data entry
  • Making sure the items needed for each event are ready
  • Carrying out post-event tasks
  • Support management with projects
  • Assist in other areas of the business including stock control, quality control and marketing activities

We're looking for someone who is organised, good at multi-tasking and is an enthusiastic team player.

Must have own transport and the job will include some overnight stays to support with events.

Littleport

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-5:15pm
