This Office Assistant position will combine administration, events and stores duties making it a great position if you enjoy working in a varied and busy role.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including:
- Answering the phone and responding to emails
- Taking and processing orders
- Contacting customers
- Liaising with the warehouse department to make sure orders are processed and delivered correctly
- Assist with event preparation and administration
- Reviewing, checking and updating the website
- Creating orders
- Distributing marketing collateral
- Data entry
- Making sure the items needed for each event are ready
- Carrying out post-event tasks
- Support management with projects
- Assist in other areas of the business including stock control, quality control and marketing activities
We're looking for someone who is organised, good at multi-tasking and is an enthusiastic team player.
Must have own transport and the job will include some overnight stays to support with events.
