Strategic Account Manager
This is a unique opportunity to account manage a small number of large key clients, developing and strengthening relationships, as well as proactively maintaining consistent levels of service delivery.
As Strategic Account Manager, you will be visiting clients on-site, meeting KPI's, preparing reports and negotiating as well as other tasks including:-
- Building excellent client relationships
- Preparing, reviewing and analysing data relating to customers
- Undertake regular onsite visits, ensuring project performance is in line with original and agreed objectives
- Verifying and processing applications and purchase arrangements
- Negotiating terms and pricing
- Preparing monthly reports
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive applications and proposals
- Meeting KPI's
The successful candidate will either already have account management experience or be looking to start a solely focused account management job, with previous customer service or administration experience and commercial awareness.
Good communication, organisational and planning skills are a must, as you will be planning your own diary and completing detailed administration and reporting tasks.
An understanding of financial management / wider management principles and applicable regulations governing the financial services industry would be desirable.
This is a permanent, full time position located near Ely, offering a competitive salary.
