Our client, a leading firm within Cambridge, is searching for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Associate to join their Outsourcing Team.

As an Account Associate, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, being responsible for overseeing bookkeeping, management reporting, credit control, and general business support, ensuring your clients receive exceptional service.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely completion of accounts and reporting.
  • Provide accurate bookkeeping and invoicing services.
  • Ensure payroll journals are processed.
  • Draft and prepare payment runs and complete bank reconciliations.
  • Keep task management systems up-to-date with accurate data.
  • Identify ways to improve service delivery, client satisfaction and internal efficiency.



Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • AAT Qualified.
  • Prior experience using Xero or other Cloud Accounting platforms.
  • Strong communication, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
