Our client, a leading firm within Cambridge, is searching for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Associate to join their Outsourcing Team.
As an Account Associate, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, being responsible for overseeing bookkeeping, management reporting, credit control, and general business support, ensuring your clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely completion of accounts and reporting.
- Provide accurate bookkeeping and invoicing services.
- Ensure payroll journals are processed.
- Draft and prepare payment runs and complete bank reconciliations.
- Keep task management systems up-to-date with accurate data.
- Identify ways to improve service delivery, client satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- AAT Qualified.
- Prior experience using Xero or other Cloud Accounting platforms.
- Strong communication, multitasking and time management skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
