This is a fantastic central Cambridge based opportunity within a group finance function. As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor you will lead on the collection process. Managing one team member this role, will also be the main point of contact the wider finance team and none finance departments.

Due to expansion and growth this dynamic Cambridge brand is looking to add a Accounts Receivable Supervisor to their team.

Reporting to the Revenue Manager this board role includes:

  • Ensuring the effortless running of the credit control function
  • Performing bank reconciliation
  • Monitoring and outstanding debt
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service in and outside of the organisation
  • Resolving any queries regarding any invoices
  • Supporting with training and development of 1 direct report
  • Assist the wider finance functions such as management accounting and commercial finance
  • Working closely with IT the smooth running of the system

The successful candidate for the Accounts Receivable supervisor role will:

  • Working towards the relevant accountancy qualification such as AAT / CIMA/ ACCA
  • Knowledge in a similar role covering transactional financial
  • Experience of dealing with and resolving customer queries
  • Strong attention to detail ability to make logical decisions and a hands on approach.
  • A self-starter with ability to operating in a dynamic past pace environment,
  • A Team Player who is confident communicating across all business levels
  • Problem solving abilities and experience building relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft office including Excel and outlook
