As one of the Admin Co-ordinator's in this busy team, you'll play a pivotal role as point of contact between customers, internal and external contacts.
This is a full time, temporary position for up to 6 months working in a dynamic business.
Duties include:
- Processing referrals on a bespoke system.
- Dealing with queries via email.
- Answering the main phone line.
- Updating the system in a timely manner in accordance with our service level agreements.
- Support the ensuring all service level agreements and KPIs are met throughout the week.
- Processing letters and contracts.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Being a good organiser with strong attention to detail is important.
Experience using large databases would be useful.

Cambridge (with remote working available for 1-2 days per week)

Temporary up to 6 months
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (minimum of 30 hours per week also considered)
