I am delighted to be working with a rapidly growing business, who are looking to add anAdministrator to their team. This role will be a remote role with occasional travel to the Cambridge and London office. This role can be full time or part time.
This role is responsible for:
- Drafting project proposals for each team
- Collecting and filing minutes from board meetings
- Owning and maintaining the full project cycle including costs
- Organising meetings
- Taking ownership of the timesheet systems
- Main point of contact for projects both internally and externally
- General admin duties such as, arranging travel & scheduling meetings
Skills required:
- AAT Qualified
- A strong a clear communicator
- Advanced Microsoft Office user
- Working well as part of a team
