Are you a confident and proactive Senior Administrator looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment where no two days are the same? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We're working with an exciting, fast-growing medical start-up based in the heart of Cambridge. With a passionate and driven founding team, they're on a mission to make a real impact in the healthcare space, and they need a capable, mature, and self-sufficient Senior Administrator to help them grow on a temp to perm basis.

You'll eventually be the right-hand support to the CEO, providing first-class PA and administrative support, helping keep everything running smoothly. From diary management and meeting coordination to travel planning and inbox management, you'll be the go-to person for all things organisational.

You'll also take ownership of wider business support tasks, stepping in wherever needed , whether that's assisting with internal processes, supporting the wider team, or being the friendly face that keeps the office running day to day.

  • Provide high-level PA support to the CEO
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Organise meetings, travel, and events (some travel required)
  • Handle general office management and administrative duties
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support wider business needs in a small, close-knit team
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a start-up or small business environment
  • Professional, mature, and able to work independently
  • Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling varied tasks and working with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to get stuck in
  • Confident using standard office software and tools

  • The chance to join a pioneering medical business from the ground up
  • Scope to develop your role and responsibilities as the company grows
  • A varied and engaging role where your input really makes a difference
  • Competitive salary and the potential for long-term growth
