Working with a globally recognised retail brand, I'm currently looking for 3 Service Management Tooling Specialists.

Your primary role will be to take ownership of the existing operational tooling and ITSM installations and knowledge applications, ultimately tailoring the environment by gathering stakeholder requirements and turning them into best in class solutions.

Based in North London and known globally, my client are a global leader in the retail space and are growing by the year. They're known for building ground-breaking technology solutions avoiding "off the shelf" at all costs. They build, write and run all of their own software systems and strive to push the limits on what technology can do for both them and their customers alike.

Responsibilites - Service Management Tooling Specialist

  • Managing and maintaining the Operational Services ITSM and Knowledge Management environment (JSM & Confluence)
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to influence, shape and implement strategic direction for the Operational tooling in use
  • Manage, recommend and deploy appropriate ITSM solutions using relevant products to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Manage, recommend and deploy appropriate knowledge management solutions using relevant products to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Design and implement a tooling solution to ensure that an accurate and up-to-date Service Catalogue is readily available within existing tooling
  • Design, implement & maintain tooling integrations
  • Provide ongoing support for all ITSM, knowledgebase, tooling and integration solutions for the global Client Service Teams

Requirements - Service Management Tooling Specialist

  • Previous demonstrable knowledge in building API integrations
  • Demonstrable knowledge in operational tooling and ITSM installations and knowledge applications must have previous experience in:
    • Jira Service Management (Cloud)
    • Confluence (Cloud)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of application support at an Enterprise level
  • Knowledge of some of the following:
    • Pagerduty, Slack, New Relic, Grafana, Tableau, BT Softphone NGCC, Git
  • Expertise in analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems and the associated support tooling and dashboarding
