Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their esteemed Financial Services Risk and Regulation team.

As a key player in the Risk Assurance function, you'll be at the forefront of providing invaluable regulatory advice and guidance to clients within the Financial Services sector

A well-known Top 10 firm based in London.

Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a dedicated team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of our services, aligning with our clients standards. You'll have the chance to delve into a variety of projects, from advisory to assurance control-based services, all while actively contributing to the growth and development of the firm's profile.

In addition to managing a team, you'll have the opportunity to engage in key business development activities, including writing proposals, presentations, and thought leadership pieces. The successful candidate:

  • Ambitious and driven individual, keen to progress their career in a growing team
  • Strong regulatory experience with a proven track record
  • Ability to problem solve and develop pragmatic solutions
  • Experience of working in a client facing environment and managing relationships
  • Experience of managing engagements and teams
  • Experience of business development, for example familiarity with tender processes and proposition design
  • Knowledge of the financial services market and the regulatory institutions
  • The post holder will be expected to travel to the client's sites in their own time, limited where possible to one and a half hours each way

  • Experience of working in a regulatory practice
