Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse client portfolio, simultaneously maintaining a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Assist with and manage audit assignments.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audits to clients.
- Supervise and mentor trainees with their tasks.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- ACCA/ ACA part-qualified or AAT newly qualified.
- 2-4 years UK practice experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
