This Part time Bookkeeper/ Finance Assistant is a newly created role to support the Finance Director in a biotech bsuiness.
EA First are delighted to be working with a high growth biotech business in South Cambridge. Due to recent growth, they are looking to recruit a part time Bookkeeper/ Finance Assistant into their Finance team.
The key responsibility for the bookkeeper are:
- Inputting or uploading supplier invoices into Sage Line 50
- Accurate management of the company's order system
- First Point of contact for the finance team
- Bank payment runs
- Regular bank reconciliations
- Timesheet maintenance
- Supporting with the annual audit
- Adhoc hoc admin support
The ideal candidate for this bookkeeper role will have a background of working within the finance administration role ideally within a small and busy finance team
The Suitable candidates will also have:
- SAGE experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office including Excel
- You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work and work well under pressure
- Ability to communicate across all levels of seniority
Salary up to 30k (Pro Rata), Private Health care, Pension , Hybrid working
