This is a fantastic Business Development Manager opportunity to join an established, successful and growing office design and refurbishment company where you will be developing new business.
Working field based, remotely and from the office you will be generating enquiries by:-
- Business development
- Business networking
- Promotion of the company website
- Working with partners to develop prospects
The role will include booking and attending appointments, estimating, presenting proposals, negotiation of terms and ensuring a thorough handover once the order is finalised to the projects team.
You will work closely with the Managing Director on new marketing strategies and ideas to take the business forward.
Other parts of the role include forecasting, keeping up to date with latest trends within the industry and building working relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors.
With a demonstrable track record of hitting sales targets, strong business development / sales experience and management of multiple key account clients, the successful candidate will be organised and good at prioritising their own workload.
Experience in building surveying, health & safety within the construction industry and knowledge of current environmental legislation would be useful.
Creativity, innovative and being a good problem solver are important qualities in this design focused business.
The office is based in Milton Keynes, however the role will be a combination of field, home and office based work.

Basic salary from £37.5-42.5k + commission + company car
