EA First are partnering with a growing technology company, based on the outskirts of Cambridge, who are looking for an Administrator with extensive Sales Order Processing experience, to join their Business Support Team.
The Business Support Team (BST) is at the heart of the organisation, responsible for a variety of tasks from managing customer orders and shipping product to making sure the kitchen is stocked with fruit, chocolate and drinks (free for all employees).
Due to growth, they are looking for a third member to join this team. The most important factor is that you are enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to get stuck into the wide range of tasks that the BST are responsible for. If you have the right attitude, training will be provided to get you up to speed however the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Order Processing, to further benefit the team so that they can learn additional skills from you.
This business uses Sage 200: experience with this is desirable but not essential.
You will be welcoming visitors and handling calls so it is important that you have strong communication and people skills as well as numeracy and literacy and strong attention to detail.
