This is an outstanding opportunity to join an expanding PE backed organisation at the beginning of its next growth phase. We are looking for an ambitious CFO to partner with the CEO and members of the senior management team and provide the decision making support that will facilitate future growth.
The CFO will take full responsibility for an overhaul of the finance function. This means implementing systems, processes and controls as well as the recruitment and management of the finance team. You'll be required to take a fully hands on approach to the role, acting as a true business partner and offering sustained commercial, financial and operational input at board level.
You will be able to interpret the overall strategic vision in to actual deliverables for various operational teams. You will be a qualified finance professional and a strong communicator able to connect and influence. Whilst we are not seeking a candidate from a specific sector or industry but it is important that you demonstrate success in a growing business and a track record of delivering quality commercial support to the board as an autonomous CFO.
