  • Partner the CEO, Board, and Investor Relations Executives to shape the evolving business and financial model
  • Supporting and developing Senior Finance Management Team
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and identifying and mitigating any potential financial or material risks
  • Developing existing and researching and creating future global JV opportunities
  • Lead on any potential M&A work
  • Oversee end-to-end finance including financial reporting, regulatory reporting, cash management, financial systems, FP&A and MI.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including shareholders, auditors, banks, professional advisors, and suppliers

You will be a time-served, senior finance executive, fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) wtih considerable international experience, preferably across Europe, Australia and Asia. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in driving business transformation and growth, with a commercially judicious application. An excellent influencer, you will be able to vizualise and communicate the bigger picture to your ExCo peers and cascade this vision in meaningful terms to your global teams, with decisive and clear objectives. Ideally, you will also have experience within manufacturing, specifically composites and polymers.

Base Salary starts at £180K with excellent benefits and bonus that pays out typically around 35%-40%
