We are looking for a CTO to spearhead the technical development of this Pre-seed startup's core products. They are planning to revolutionise the delivery of mental health care. The founding team have vast experience and ample resources to build an MVP. the core team needs to add AI and ML experience .
This organisation is looking to revolutionise mental health care delivery. The leadership team have developed a product vision and strategy to create meaningful improvements in this sector.
As CTO, you will lead the technical development of the products. This will primarily involve leading the development of the core conversational AI engine which will be central to the product offering, whilst also coordinating and supporting the development of the surrounding product ecosystem, both on the back-end and front-end. You will work directly with the CEO and founding team to develop and implement the core product ideas on which the company is based, playing a pivotal role in the success of the venture.
You will be working in a fast changing environment, be able to show resilience under pressure and demonstrate creative thinking, problem-solving and innovation. Ideally you will have a PhD or masters in Machine Learning and Direct experience working on the development and implementation of conversational AI.
Experience working in multiple programming languages, and across relevant machine learning and software development libraries and technologies (e.g. React JS, Python, Jango, Post Gres/SQL, AWS or Azure stacks, etc.
