Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Analyse data and market insights to develop effective business strategies.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the products/services and their benefits.
