My client a leading manufacturer based in Wolverhampton are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
My client operating from a purpose built site in Wolverhampton are a market leader in there product offering. They are part of a larger US Group which facilitates a global customer base.
As Customer Service Advisor reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will:
- Provide high‑quality customer service via phone and email to a range of key account customers
- Meet and exceed service targets and KPIs
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Offer proactive recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate database records
- Support general administrative tasks within the team
The most desirable Customer Service Advisor applicant will have:
- Experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence working to KPIs
- Familiarity with systems such as SAGE or Salesforce (advantageous)
- Creative problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach
£26,000 - £28,000 plus benefits
