Temporary Customer Service Assistants
**Multiple vacancies - starting immediately through to January/Februrary 2023**
Looking for office based work?
We are recruiting for multiple Customer Service Advisor vacancies based in Waterbeach, Cambridge.
These temporary vacancies will be working Monday-Friday 8:50am-5:10pm.
A fantastic opportunity if you are looking to gain office-based experience or develop your existing customer service experience.
With training provided, you will provide a professional and efficient service to customers which will include the taking and processing of orders and enquiries.
You will be:
- Answering queries quickly via the phone or live chat, dealing with all enquiries professionally and accurately.
- Dealing with a high volume of emails that need to be processed daily.
- Sending professional relevant replies to emails.
- Administration work.
- Updating the system accordingly.
