This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers while supporting sales activity.

As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial enquiry through to order completion.

You will play a vital role in supporting sales, managing customer interactions, and contributing to a high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Understand customer needs and deliver outstanding service and sales support
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets
  • Support lead follow-ups and proactive sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to maintain high service standards
  • Accurately manage customer data using internal systems
  • Handle confidential and financial information with professionalism
  • Contribute positively to a fast-paced, energetic team environment

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong motivation to succeed in sales
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel
  • Experience using databases and CRM/CMS systems
