We are delighted to be partnering with a Not for Profit organisation in Northampton who are looking to recruit a Director of Finance on a permanent basis.

Director of Finance:
- Responsible for the oversight of all financial responsibilities for the organisation and their subsiduries
- To produce timely accurate monthly management accounts and budgets for submission to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board and Finance Committee as required
- Lead on the production of statutory accounts inclusive of working papers and any other financial returns
- Manage day to day treasury and working capital
- Oversee the finance team
- Hold regular meetings with key budget holders
- Maintain up to date policies and procedures in accordance to financial regulations
- Ensure the organisation is up to date with all relevant accountancy changes
Director of Finance:
- It is essential you hold a full CCAB financial/accountancy qualification (i.e. ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, CIPFA)
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
- You must have strong working examples of prooducing monthly management accounts, inclusive of ability to hold budget holder meetings
- It is essential you have prepared statutory accounts in line with Public Sector or Not for Profit regulations
- You will have previous line management experience
- The ideal candidate will hold a wide range of accountancy experience, including payroll
- The ideal candidate will have worked within a Senior Leadership Team and be comfortable liaising with External Governers, Trustees and the wider Executive Board
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum
