We are exclusively partnering with a Consulting client who require a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant with a strong finance and accounting background /understanding to join them on an initial 6 month interim basis.

This position will report directly into the Finance Director and work very closely with the Programme Manager, Financial Controller and others to ensure the plans are communicated and executed effectively with the Finance team throughout the business at all times.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with the Finance Leadership team and Steering Committee to ensure a smooth change programme
• Understand and implement strong Finance processes in the new system with the help of the FD and FC
• Partner with the various leads to ensure a smooth implementation in each local region
• Oversee and monitor RAID log activities
• Provide and attend all training sessions for D365 and Finance
• Take a leading role in UAT
• Asses day 1 readiness and flag any potential areas of concern
• Ad hoc D365 tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong finance and accounting understanding
• Previous Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
• Previous experience delivering a successful system implementation particuarly when working with the Finance department
• Excellent communication skills
