I am working with well-known business based in Huntingdon who are looking for a Finance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Daily reviews of the order book and order releasing
- Management of customer accounts, including credit limit management
- Regular reviews of aged debt and escalating accordingly.
- Daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
- Processing of the weekly employee expenses payment run
- Administration of the credit card system.
Ideally you will have
- Excellent communication skills
- Team orientated
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience of using ERP or accounting package
- Strong excel skills
