I am working with well-known business based in Huntingdon who are looking for a Finance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Daily reviews of the order book and order releasing
  • Management of customer accounts, including credit limit management
  • Regular reviews of aged debt and escalating accordingly.
  • Daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
  • Processing of the weekly employee expenses payment run
  • Administration of the credit card system.

Ideally you will have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team orientated
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience of using ERP or accounting package
  • Strong excel skills
