I am working with well-known business based in Cambridge who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their growing business.
Key Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Daily reviews of the order book and order releasing
- Management of customer accounts, including credit limit management
- Regular reviews of aged debt and escalating accordingly.
- Deal with invoice and payment queries
- Maintain good client and supplier relationships
- Processing of the weekly employee expenses payment run
- Administration of the credit card system.
Ideally you will have
- Team orientated
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience in Microsoft Office
