We're working with a business based in St Ives who throughout the past two years have managed to maintain high levels of growth and led above market expectations on revenue across all products within the company.
This business are looking for a Finance Analyst to join the FP&A team following an internal promotion, demonstrating their commitment around employee development and growth on both a professional and personal level.
Offering the chance to step into a supportive team you'll be working closely with multiple stakeholders in the business, not just supporting budgets and forecasts for support functions like HR/IT/Marketing but you'll also be getting into the detail on products and planning. You'll be analysing customer base, specific products across regions while looking at revenue and expected income per region.
This role offers the chance really get behind the numbers and portray a story for stakeholders helping them gain a better understanding around potential issues and successes especially around strategic decisions.
To be successful in this role you'll be either ACCA/CIMA qualified, perhaps you'll be in a management accountant position looking to step up or someone who is looking to get away from the technical reporting/compliance side of finance and become more business facing with an appetite for building relationships. You'll play a key role in providing analysis via large data sets so strong excel skills are a must.
The role is currently home based but once safe to return to the office there will be hybrid working with 2 days in the office.
