EA First are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated Finance Assistant with a passion for Accounts Receivable and Payable processes. The successful candidate will become part of the team at a well renowned manufacturing organisation in Waterbeach.
In this role, you will be a vital part of the organisation's global Credit Control function, overseeing operations across approximately 20 countries, and providing vital support to the Accounts Payables team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Accounts Receivable:
- Set up new accounts, agree on credit limits and terms.
- Manage accounts effectively and conduct credit reviews.
- Foster customer relationships for timely invoice collection.
- Handle cash chasing, liaise with other departments.
- Produce invoices, credit notes, and maintain the Sales Ledger.
- Provide accurate management information and reports.
- Collaborate on letter of credit terms and risk assessment.
- Perform month-end revaluations and reconciliations.
Accounts Payable:
- Support the Accounts Payable Team.
- Manage outstanding invoices, match payments, and chase missing invoices.
- Ensure efficient GRNI transaction processing.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ad hoc duties as needed.
- Cover for the Treasury Manager when required
