We're working with a business near Ely as they look for a Finance Business Partner to support several business unit stakeholders within the group.
Working closely with the Group Financial Controller you'll be the point of contact for several entities spanning Europe as well as locally, at site level.
The role will see you building relationships with unit directors and the wider teams, you'll be helping develop business plans encompassing budgets/ forecasts, management reports/analysis as you challenge and investigate any anomalies with commentary allowing management understand the bigger picture on financials.
As part of a bigger business partner 'community' you have the opportunity to share ideas, troubleshoot and provide solutions to certain problems across the peer group.
The successful applicant will be a qualified finance professional who perhaps is looking to take a step up from a management accountant position and focus more on the business facing/ commercial side of finance. You'll need to be adept at handling large volumes of data, enjoy communicating with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
There is opportunity to work in a hybrid nature with a split between office and home working.
Salary up to £55,000
