Having recently realised a monetary commercial value to their product, they stand ready, and excited to transition to the next stage of growth and their life cycle as a business.
This role will appeal to somebody who wants to be heavily involved in the strategic direction of the organisation, and heavily involved in fund-raising rounds.
The successful Finance Director will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent business partnering skills
- An aptitude for revelling in a very hands on role within a small but exciting business
- A can do attitude
- A happiness at working in areas that might expand beyond just finance
- Entrepreneurial flair balanced with strategic nous
£100-120k salary + Bonus + Bens
