This Financial Director role represents an outstanding opportunity for a qualified accountant to further their career within this rapid growth, sector leading electronics manufacturing company based in Cambridgeshire. The business has built a worldwide reputation for excellence within their area of specialism and are forecasting turnover to double over the next couple of years with the launch of a ground breaking new product range. It is expected that the successful applicant will step up to Financial Director within this time.
Working closely with CEO the main duties as Financial Controller will include:
* The management of a small finance team.
* The preparation of monthly management accounts.
* The identification and implmentation of enhanced systems and procedures
* The management of day to day cashflow.
* Ensuring that internal controls and procedures are robust and maintained.
* Assisting with all planning and budgeting
* Managing and leading the annual audit process
* Company secretarial duties
Applicants will need to demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and a pro-active, self motivated approach along with excellent communication skills.
