As a valued member of a close-knit FP&A team, reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of a rapidly growing tech company. This is an opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team, where your work will impact the development of the FP&A function to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
  • Support senior decision-making with insightful financial analysis and sensitivity scenarios.
  • Contribute to the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and Board-level reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Investor Relations, Sales Operations, and HR.
  • Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a finance-related role.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Numerate, with strong attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset.
  • Proficient in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Willingness to work flexibly to meet reporting deadlines throughout the year.

Desirable Skills:

  • Professional accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA) or a bachelor's degree in a finance-related subject.
  • Experience with Workday/Adaptive Planning.
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and the software industry.
