We are really excited to be retained buy this excellent global FMCG organisation on a pivotal commercial role. You will support business development by evaluating contracts, leading M&A projects and the financial modelling of new projects. Sitting within the Group function you will work closely with the Global Business Development Director, CEO, Regional CEO's CFO, and external advisors in this project based position.

This is an ambitious, entrprenurial £2.5bn t/o FMCG organisation who have grown significantly in recent years via acuisition and expanding in to new markets. Operating 18 state of the art production facilities in 13 countries they supply the worlds leading supermarkets. They manage a handful of highly valuable customer relationships with uncompromisnig customer focus. This is an organisation with strong values that run through everything that they do.

The purpose of this role is to support the OpCos providing support on contract negotiations, M&A activity and financial modelling support for new projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support Global Business Development Director in Group M&A and business development
  • Take lead role on certain M&A / business development projects as agreed
  • Advise Regional CEOs & Group when existing LTSA (Long Term Supply Contracts) are renewed
  • Support Opcos with contracts be it Supplier or Customer
  • Advise Regional CEOs on finance models as to their returns and where there are risks and opportunities

Support Regional CEOs and Group to better understand where there are specific site issues

This organisations recruits dedicated individuals who share their values around customer relationships and working with colleagues. Specifically for this role you will need to demonstrate commercial thinking, and appreciation of legal contracts and an ability to work effectively across an organisation. Exposure to contracts and M&A would be an advantage as would a finance qualification.

Six figure basic salary is available plus benefits
