What To Expect
You'll join an entrepreneurial team, working with new and existing clients on complex and exciting projects. You'll be trained on analytics platforms and the latest technology innovations enabling to you to focus on designing and providing innovative solutions. You will work with some of the best minds in areas such as data science, digital transformation, software dev and intelligent automation.
You will:
- Apply your functional and technical expertise in the railway sector to help organisations use data and technology to transform and improve the way they operate
- Use your data skills to solve a range of business challenges including business data strategy design, insight activation with data science and analytics, storytelling with data visualisation, architecture design, data transformation and cultivating lasting data culture
- Play a key role in driving project delivery; managing teams and applying your knowledge in project management and/or Agile framework delivery
- Develop positive and professional relationships with the client, peers, and senior management
- Ability to flex communications style to meet needs of all stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Team members with strong passion for data & digital in the railway sector (eg, infrastructure, signalling, engineering, train modelling, capacity planning, timetable, performance management, operations, geospatial data, customer experience, retailing, information & planning, interoperability and asset management)
- Strong functional understanding of the UK railway sector, and the associated technology and data landscape
- Leadership experience in setting up and delivering data & digital transformation and change programmes in railway sector
- Experience in at least one of our substantive areas: data science, data visualisation, data strategy, data architecture, data engineering, digital delivery and intelligent automation
- Primary sector focus in railway but have interest in serving our clients across our core sectors (e.g. public sector, financial services, retail)
