We are delighted to be working with a fast growth Tech organisation who are looking for a Head of Finance to join them. This role will work closely with the CEO, touching on all areas of the business and play an instrumental role on the journey this company is on.

Their Technology operates across multiple sectors and geographies and already has a very established client base. As the Head of Finance based in Richmond Upon Thames you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the CEO and SLT on strategy
- Communicating financial activities with budget holders and senior management and developing reporting and communications to provide information to assist with decision making
- Compiling and providing financial analysis, using key performance indicators, on a regular basis to senior leadership and the Board
- Completing an annual budget for approval by the Board
- Completing and reporting on financial forecasts as appropriate during the year
- Running a robust year end process, including preparation of the statutory accounts and returns to stakeholders, co-ordination of the audit and manage the relationships with auditors
- Leading the preparation of the statutory accounts
- Developing and managing the accounting processes and audits
- Financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Track margins and provide commentary to meet KPIs
- Managing a small team that may grow over time
To be successful in this Head of Finance role you will need:
- To be a Qualified Accountant: ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
- To demonstrate the ability to be flexible in your approach as required
- To have strong commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills to infleunce stakeholders at all levels
£90,000 - £120,000 + benefits
Hybrid working of circa 3 days a week in the office
