  • Acting as a first point of contact for staff, ensuring matters are handled with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality HR support.

What they're looking for:

  • Proven experience in HR or personnel administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll be approachable and confident working with people at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • A keen eye for detail with accurate record keeping.
  • A calm, composed, and diplomatic approach, even under pressure.

This is an exciting chance to work in a varied HR role within a vibrant and historic Cambridge setting. If you're someone who enjoys being part of a small, supportive team where your work will have a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
