We are looking for an HR Business Partner for a leading FMCG organisation based in Grimsby. The role is being offered on a contract basis for 3 to 6 months whilst a permanent member of staff is brought on board. The responsibilities will include:

  • Act as business partner to OpCo functions aligned with and in support of HR Manager providing effective partnering of leaders and managers so business needs understood and effective plans and interventions delivered.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance of the people strategy
  • Collective and individual employee relations issues managed effectively in accordance with our values and managing risks appropriately.
  • Effective plan and progress in building employee engagement and effective organisational culture.
  • Collective and individual employee relations approach and support to the business effectively. Coach and support line managers with grievances, disciplinary and restructurings.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to build a harmonised way of working across two business units (ER2 & LFR)
  • Working in collaboration with Unions on collective bargaining and legacy agreements when required

It is likely that the successful candidate will have operated in an FMCG environment previously.
