I am working with an outstanding organisation that is looking to grow it's HR capabilities by recruiting a newly created HR Business Partner role. You will join an outstanding team of professionals in an organisation proven to put its people first. In this role you will support Group Head of Functions and their teams in delivering functional strategies creating an engaging culture and delivering generalist operational support and services.
You will support the European HR community delivering Group HR projects and lead activity covering all aspects of HR.

This role will suit a CIPD qualified candidate who thinks of their role in commercial terms and looks to add value whilst delivering quality solutions. You will need strong communication skills and be able to influence across all levels of the organisation. You will be involved in strategy but this is also a hands on role and you will need to be happy to perform some basic admin.
