I have partnered with one of the largest bioanalytical centres in East Cambridgeshire to support them with seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team.
This role will have full responsibility of delivering a smooth day-to-day HR operation for the site whilst building collaborative relationships throughout the organisation to drive the people agenda. You will be a trusted partner to the people leaders working to identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes.
This is an incredible opportunity for a HR Professional who is seeking a new role where you will be part of a global HR team whilst being responsible, alongside a Talent Partner and a HR Coordinator, for the HR agenda for a site of 400 people.
The ideal candidate for this role needs to be either studying or fully qualified at CIPD level 7. You need to have strong working experience at a HR Business Partner level in a fast pace, demanding and matrix structured environment. This role is in need of someone who has strong communication skills where you can adapt your style depending on your audience. You also need to be resilient, proactive, have a solutions orientated mind-set and people driven.
