I am supporting a well-established, family-owned business with multiple UK sites, operating within a specialist service and installation environment. The company has experienced rapid growth in recent years, and is now seeking an experienced HRBP or Interim HR Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension.
This opportunity has arisen due to internal HR transitions, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in providing hands-on HR support across the business, partnering closely with Operations and senior leadership.
This is a busy, varied, and operationally focused position, well suited to someone who enjoys being visible in the business and working at pace. You'll manage day-to-day HR activity, take the lead on ER cases, and support a number of ongoing projects, all while helping to maintain a positive and engaged culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact during a period of organisational transition
- Provide robust ER support, including managing complex cases
- Partner closely with the Operations and Senior Management teams
- Drive and deliver HR projects aligned to business needs
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning where required
- Build strong on-site relationships and provide pragmatic HR guidance
- Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, operations, or similar fast-paced environments
- Confident handling complex ER matters
- Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable making tough decisions
- High energy, positive and adaptable. Strong cultural fit is essential
- Enjoys being office-based and engaging directly with teams
- Available to start in January and able to commit to the duration
- Salary of £50,000 - £60,000
